| Ordering is Easy
Simply call us at 703-838-3660 before 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday, at least 24 hours prior to your event. Breakfast orders must be placed by 9:00am for the following day and lunch orders must be placed by 2:00pm for the following day. Although we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, a service charge will be added on orders placed after 2:00 pm. And for those who prefer to come visit us, we have a retail shop with so much more than what is on our website.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check or Cash. Social events require a 75% deposit when order is placed (no wait staff will be booked until this deposit is received in our office) and the remaining 25% is due 24 hours prior to the event date.
Presentation
Mancini’s uses high-quality disposable platters with pop-off lids for your event.
Upscale ceramic platters are available for your special event with an additional charge when service personnel are booked.
Paper Products
Clear, heavy-weight plastic plates, utensils, napkins for $1.59 pp, additional. For conservation purposes, we no longer supply serving spoons, forks, tongs and cake cutters unless requested and for a nominal fee. We have found that most companies keep these items on hand.
Cancellation
Mancini’s requires 48-hour cancellation notice on all orders. Cancellations made less than 24-hours will be billed at 50% of total invoice. Orders may not be cancelled or reduced in numbers day of the event.
Minimums
10 guest and $100.00 minimum order applies to all orders for delivery, excluding tax and delivery. 10 person minimum on all food items, no splitting without additional charges.
Substitutions may be available for a nominal additional fee. If less than 10 guests, you may certainly come and pick up your orders here at our retail shop.
Delivery
Charges vary depending on location, set-up time required and number of people.
Deliveries are allotted a 45 minute window; between 30 minutes prior to, and 15 minutes after scheduled arrival time. Normal delivery prices apply to Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm. All other times incur a premium fee. Events with rental equipment and/or wait staff personnel require a $50.00 minimum delivery fee. Please inquire. Weekend delivery may be available

Disposable wire chafing dishes, inserts and sternos are $10.00 for the set. For conservation purposes you may save wire chafers and simply request inserts and sternos for a nominal fee
Service & Rentals
Our professional staff of chefs, waiters, bartenders and supervisors may be hired for your event at a billable rate of $40.00 per hour per each staff member, 4 hour minimum.
We can coordinate the rental of equipment, linens and china. See “Payments” above for payment requirements. |
